Non-Live orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless it's a customized order.
Live Animals and Hatching Eggs are shipped during the week you've chosen at checkout:
Day-Old Chicks are shipped on the selected date.
Hatching Eggs are shipped from Wednesday to Saturday of that week.
Ducklings and Guineas are shipped from Monday to Wednesday of the chosen date.
Pullets are shipped from Monday to Wednesday of the selected date.
Expect tracking information to be sent out in the late afternoon of your shipping day. Please ensure to check your email for shipment notifications. Regrettably, for biosecurity reasons, we do not permit poultry pick-ups.

What are your shipping timelines?

With our vast selection and diverse varieties, identifying all the poultry breeds in your order might seem challenging. However, we offer several helpful resources on our informative website to assist you.

Here are some ways you can identify your poultry:

1. For chick identification based on appearance, you can narrow down your breeds by Clicking Here.

2. To identify chicks and waterfowl with a legband, you can match up the band colors. Click Here for a list.

Keep in mind that some breeds may look similar at one day old but will develop more distinct feathering within two weeks. Waiting until the fluff matures into feathers can make identification easier.

How do I Identify my baby birds?

When a chick breed shows as 'Sold out,' it doesn't necessarily mean they are permanently unavailable. Our stock is dynamic, changing by the minute due to factors such as egg laying, variations in hatch rates, and order cancellations. Updates in inventory and availability are frequently observed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
